Firm Overview

Passion for Helping People in Need

I am attorney Garry Whitaker. For over 25 years, I have dedicated my career to handling personal injury legal matters for clients located throughout the I-40, I-85 and I-77 corridor in North Carolina, which includes the communities of Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Lexington, Mt. Airy, and Wilkesboro.

Whether you have been injured at work, in an automobile accident, by medical negligence or injured in some other way, I have the experience and knowledge to fight for the compensation you deserve.

Personal Touch Makes the Difference

At Garry Whitaker Law, P.C., I believe every client deserves personalized, experienced legal representation. By working directly with my clients, I am able to learn more about their expectations and goals. I give each client an honest assessment of their case, while keeping them informed of all developments.

Each client is important to me. Every case I work on is my top priority.

Giving Back to the Community

My dedication to helping people in need spills over from my professional life into my personal one, as you can see by my involvement in various community organizations. I serve on the Education Committee of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, as well as on the Board of Trustees for Chowan University, in Murfreesboro, North Carolina.

Additionally, I have served as Chairman of the North Carolina Eye Bank, which acquires corneas for organ donations and informs the public about the importance of such donations.
